Red Rock Canyon Open Space

Located in the west side of Colorado Springs, and opened to the
public in the summer of 2005, Red rock Canyon Open Space is a great get away from the crowds of the
city but only minutes from downtown.
Description:
With sandstone similar to the Garden of the Gods, you will find over 90 routes. Many of which are classics ranging in difficulty from 5.5 to 5.12 (very easy to very hard). Approach time is approximately 20 minutes with short to long sport climbs with few multi pitch lines. With weather permitting, you can climb this park year around. Unfortunately, ice climbing is not available.
