Team Building:
Colorado Climbing School offers team building and leadership
training for your company or team. We have specially designed
programs that focus on building camaraderie, teamwork, moral and
leadership through the use of rock climbing, rappelling and other
associated activities. We begin each program with an interview and
evaluation process, and then custom design a set of activities that
will best accomplish your goals and expectations for your program.
All activities are what we call “Challenge By Choice”. Challenge By Choice is the concept of giving the participant a choice to participate or not to participate in each activity. We highly encourage the participants to step outside of their comfort zone and try these activities, but no one is ever forced to do any activity.
